When I went to grocery shopping yesterday, I have to search for OATS!!! It is something that I really dislike to eat as I do not like the taste and the texture. But too bad, my cholesterol is high (based on my current medical check up report) and the health consultant insist that I take 4 tablespoons daily! Darn.
So I went over to the oats section in Tesco and studied the range they have there. I finally took 2 boxes with honey dew and strawberry flavour, in the hope that it taste better!
So much for a high cholesterol! :S
