My new gadget wasn’t working properly a couple of days after I bought it. What a disappointment! I called the store that I purchased from and they asked me to call the manufacturer customer service.
The call was being routed to the call center outsourcing in India, or so I thought from their thick accent. I could barely understand their English. In the end, I lodged an inquiry through their online help service which was much more efficient!
So much for their excellent customer service.
