I have been feeling gassy lately with uncomfortable stomach. It might due to the spicy and oily food I had lately and the midnight snack!
All those unhealthy food aren’t good for my bowel and system. Maybe I should do something about it like detoxification and colon cleanse. If only I have the discipline to carry out the whole process!
Maybe it is easier to stay away from sinful food instead!
I have not been going back to my hometown for more than a month! It has been busy month for me as every week was full of activities.
Thinking of making a trip home and I was hoping to catch my brother during this weekend as I haven’t seen him for months! However he told me that he would not be back to hometown again as he has to attend some sales training.
Maybe next weekend?
I hate the freaking hot weather especially when staying at home with no air conditioner. I have to shower many times a day at home, a waste of water! This makes me yearn to go back to office with the cooling environment, although I always wish I am at home during working hour!
Then again, it is not the worst thing that could happen. At least I still have my internet connection at home and could surf to find more information on Mesothelioma treatment for a friend.

Last Sunday has been a perfect day for me. I slept till past noon! Something that I’ve not done for a long time.. And before I got out of my bed, it started to rain.. and it rained on and off for the whole day. Simply a marvelous day and the weather was so cooling and perfect~
Cooked simple brunch and dinner, made myself a big mug of carrot juice~ I even took a nap after lunch. Went out a night to remind myself how to drive and had French fries for supper~
A perfect, relaxing and cooling day~
How I wish it rains every Sunday (or Saturday will even do)..
Korean drama has become such a hit now, intruding many prime TV time slot on weekdays! I have colleagues who love them so much that they download the drama and some will even purchase the DVD. Even male friends who really chased after the drama!
Why? I don’t know if the story is so interesting that they want to watch it so much. I did watch some of the Korean drama where the actress are damn pretty and perfect, with the big innocent eyes and pouty little mouth, oh just so sweet and adorable. Are they really that pretty naturally?
Well, an ex-colleague of mine who visited Korea before said it is otherwise. It is almost the responsible of the parents to save money for their daughter facial surgery cost! Facial or plastic surgery in Korea has reached the level where it is very common, affordable and almost a need for the young ladies in Korea to perform it, correcting or perfecting their features.
I don’t know how true it is but if you think that facial surgery is important for you, remember to choose a safe and legal facial surgeon.
I have to walk quite a distance to my office everyday from the bus stop. As the road is quite bumpy and rough, my high heel’s base wear off pretty fast. I am thinking of wearing more comfortable Dansko shoes instead of high heels to protect my feet and knee.
Or maybe I should find an alternative way to get to my office instead!
My colleague marvels at the number of stationeries I have on my cubicle. I’d like to have my own colourful highlighters, scissors, ruler, stapler, mechanical pencil and even safety knife! In my previous company, I even have my own box cutter as I used it often.
But the one thing I hate is to have my colleagues borrowing my stationary without ever returning them back!
All I want to do now is to crawl to my bed to have a good rest on the bed wedges . I am feeling extremely tired from work today, having a high work load today. I didn’t even go out for lunch but my colleague bought a sandwich for me. But I have to pack for tomorrow activities and do some stuff before I can rest. There is so much to things to do this weekend as well. I doubt I have time for proper rest.
