Kenny’s father loves fishing and goes almost every day. As a result, there are plenty of fishes in his house! His mum cooks them almost everyday and sometimes 2 fish dishes in a single meal!
Thus, he brought us 2 fishes for us. Initially we plan to bring the fish to the restaurant and have them cook for us. But after some thought, Doreen decided to make curry fish!
She called her mum for recipe and bought the ingredients this morning. I am looking forward her curry fish head for dinner tonight and hope it will taste good for her first attempt!

I have a quality time with my parents this weekend, especially on the Saturday. I love spending time with them when they are free at home. Early on Saturday morning, my father did not feel quite well and we went to the clinic but the doctor was away on eye operation!
We had breakfast at a coffee shop nearby. Next he went to another clinic and my mother and I went to buy some cloths from a textile shop as she wants to make some pants. I chose one flowery purple soft cloth too as I want a pyjama! Next we went to buy some dishes for lunch and went to see my aunt’s house which is renovating and is busy with the cad drawings tool which she just learn how to use.
It took us nearly 3 hours for such errands! I was being so good and clean up all the ceiling fans at home after that, voluntarily. =)

Living with someone else could be monstrous especially if you do not know them well or if they are self-centered and not considerate toward others. I’ve been moving out of my house for 10 years now and have a lot of experience in renting room and sharing with strangers and friends. It is more than seeing the same person everyday or sharing a bathroom or shopping for door hardware together when the doorknob spoilt.
Tolerance is the key to live happily together, or else it is difficult to rest and relax at home. Everyone is brought up differently and thus have different habits and expectation. One man’s medicine is another man’s poison.
I hope I’ll have my own place soon and do not need to share with others!

Today I decided to skip the telelunch as I have been feeling sick of eating the same lunch again and again everyday. Tung buzzed me for lunch and I agreed after SS and CL decided to postpone the lunch for tomorrow. I asked AV along as she works near us.
We went to the new mall, Sooka and have lunch at the food court. I ordered the same food that I ordered the previous time, Mee Goreng Pattaya which was more filling this round. But instead of squid, they gave me chicken.
Despite the minimal smoke, I still feel that I stink a little after 1 hour there! >_<

I am expecting a little peace and relaxing weekend since the noisiest and loudest housemate of mine is back to hometown this weekend! Whenever he is around we could hear his loud voice which is quite disturbing when you want to have a rest.
Sometimes we just want to have a little quiet time and it is rather impossible when he is awake in the house. Thus, my quality time is just around the corner and I am so looking forward curling up in my electric blanket! I just hope he would go home more frequently or at least be out of the house or tone down his voice as the one he speaks to doesn’t stand at 200 meters away from him!

Oh I hate TMnet! Applying a Streamyx has made me run to two TMPoints for three times! The first online registration has been unsuccessful as it is not applicable for Streamyx-In-A-Box as well as Streamyx Combo broad band! How inconvenience!
I went for the third time at PJ states, and I walked over from Taman Jaya Putra LRT! How I walked and walked and walked!
I waited for 30 minutes before I was served and another 40 minutes at the counter! It was due to their system was very slow and took a long time to load a page! She even suggested that I come back again tomorrow which I strongly rejected!
Finally got my modem box and I have to wait for 3 days for activation! Somehow the box reminded me of groomsmen gifts!:)

I joined my colleagues for lunch again after 3 Fridays I missed their lunch gathering. I think I should join them more often as it is one of the rare time I get to chat with them and be “closer” as most of the time, we hardly talk except needed, for work of course.
Today we went to the Mayflower at Brickfield, but not for the seafood but we ordered from the hawker stall there. I had fried kuewteow which tasted OK. There weren’t many choices though.
It was a damn sunny day, and when we were back to the office, all of us were sweating, despite me bringing umbrella~ But I am glad I did join them for lunch today!

Moving house could be nightmare for some people, such as people like me. I have a lot of stuffs in my house and it is not an easy task to move them.
The last time I moved house, I have gathered help from some of my friends and their cars and it took me two days to finish moving all my things to the new house.
I just wished I have a truck that could efficiently move my things faster. The next time I am moving, hopefully the last time, I think I could use professional help. Getting old (and affording more stuff), I am more willing to pay for good services! Don’t you?

My housemate Yvonne doesn’t have to go to work for the whole week as she is in the transition of changing job. Thus she is staying at home everyday and write blogs.
During the evening she cooks dinner for us while we are at work. Today she cooks sweet sour fillet fish, omelette, fried broccoli and ginger chicken which was really good! She cooks for everyone at home today a friend from across the street as there is a lot of food in the fridge!
It feels really good to come home with the dinner waiting for you! Thanks Yvonne!

Organising a trip is terribly difficult among my best friends from hometown. We have been discussing about going for a trip since last year but till today we have yet to go any places. This is due to time constraint as well as different of schedules and expectation from everyone. I can understand that since we all have our own lives with different work and family too.
Recently we are talking about going to Penang and have set the date. But due to some date problem, we keep changing the dates and I am not sure if the plan will work out. Some wants to go for 2 days but other prefers 3 days. I just hope we can sort it out and be more flexible to have a nice holiday together!
